On a repeat prescription? For a faster, smoother service, take out the middle person and order your repeat medication directly from Robin Lane Medical Centre by calling us anytime 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm Saturday, or by logging on to our website (ask us for your log on details). We can arrange for your prescription to be sent to any pharmacy for collection or home delivery (day evening or weekends), and you can change this anytime by letting us know - your health your say!
Please note, it can take up to 48hrs before we are able to have your repeat prescription ready. If you choose to have your prescription sent to the pharmacy, then any additional time it takes for the pharmacy to dispense your medication will be in addition to this.
Furthermore, any items that are not currently on repeat, may take up to 5 days and a Patient Advisor may call you to book either a telephone or face to face consultation with a doctor.
